- Experience the thrill of gliding through giant trees high above the ground in the lush forests of the Karkloof. This unique and exciting canopy tour is an experience not to be missed.
Upon arrival, receive a full safety briefing before being kitted up in your helmet, body harness and gloves. Then it’s time to climb into the vehicle that will transport you a short distance through the forest to the starting point of your canopy tour. After a short demonstration of how to slide from platform to platform set high up in the trees, you are clipped onto the line and off you go!
The knowledgeable guides ensure your safety at all times and also introduce you to an amazing world of birds, fauna and flora that exists at treetop canopy level. The views from the platforms are outstanding and any fear of heights soon dissipates as you take in your superb surroundings. Groups are kept small to ensure individual attention and safety and are led by two guides. This is the perfect excuse to monkey around!
