All went well and enjoyed every moment particularly with teachings of game drive. My disappointment was with the bar as they didn't have more than two of our beverages were not sold. But in general we enjoyed ourself.

We had such a wonderful time! The environment was lovely, and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing day by the river. The food was absolutely amazing and completely exceeded our expectations! We can't wait to come back for more!

30 Minute Johannesburg Scenic Helicopter Flight

This is hands down the best experience I ever had.
Their hospitality was amazing and they went out of their way to accommodate us and make our day probably the best day of the year. The aircrafts are so well looked after and the crew made us feel so safe. I will recommend Capital air to anyone that want value for money and the best in the industry.

Absolutely Wonderful,
It was a pretty hot day tho, but it was so relaxing and the picnic was splendid. So much food even dessert.
Would highly recommend for couples looking for a break from city life or just the day to day routine.

The staff were incredibly friendly and had a great concept which made for a pleasant experience. I do however think that it is lacking in value for money, for R3000, I only got four short laps in just 10 minutes. I felt the cars could use an upgrade and given the short amount of time, the price should be significantly lower

it was a pleasant experience. The people were friendly and helpful.
:2 things i know it is a picnic but
i think the food should be done in stages- the starters and the lunch option should come first , then the desserts should be delivered about 30 min later?
the entrance to the place - there is a security code that is needed - this should be conveyed to the guest before they get there or at least advise that we have to phone and even when the guest is leaving a code is needed .

Upon arrival at the area you need to go for game drive nobody explains you can order drinks for the drive/how anything works. When you enter the lunch area, staff are unwelcoming & arrogant.
The game drive was overbooked which resulted in us being asked who would offer up their seats for other people & then delaying us, until they came to a solution.
Game drive itself was beautiful and lunch was good.
Wait staff - arrogant.
When leaving - reception didn't ask how our time was.

The lunch and game drive was very nice, we really enjoyed it, however I think the reserve needs to work on their reception staff. For one the game drive was overbooked and I wasn't able to sit with my kids or my partner during the drive, we all had to sit on our own to try and fit everyone. I went to the reception at the end to buy my kids a gift, I was incorrectly charged but have already been contacted to pay the difference even though it was no fault of my own.
